The Basics of Balance

Consider what balance means... stability... equilibrium... steadiness.

In terms of yoga, most people would consider that the description of balance would refer to asana or posture work. 

Whilst we look at balance in physicality in yogasana in this workshop, we also look at some tools in yoga that help us achieve balance in our mental and emotional stability. We will explore mantra and mudras as stand alone tools or used in combination with each other and also with yogasana.

This workshop will show you how to incorporate the ancient wisdom of yoga into a set of easy and useful tools that can be used daily as a panacea to the daily stresses of living in a modern world in an urban setting, to help achieve balance in oneself physically, mentally and emotionally. 

Sri K S Coburg will bring his creative, spontaneous and inspiring teaching approach to this workshop series, supporting each individual student with an unshakeable belief in their highest potential.
