Integrative counselling draws on different schools of thought to support your emotional and mental wellbeing. Our practitioner, Amaryllis, has a background in clinical psychology and has experience working with adults and children, using mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, compassionate mind training and family therapy.
